Recent proposal cycles have highlighted a clear trend: while there is massive pressure on spectroscopic follow-up facilities, there is significant un-congested capacity on our 1-to-2-meter wide-field imaging and monitoring networks (e.g., KMTNet, VST, Milankovic).
We want to understand the points preventing your science groups from utilizing these assets, and what NOIRLab can do to remove them.
