During the Delegate Assembly on Fri Feb 3 2023, Jeff Carlin (@jeffcarlin) presented work on Milky Way halo science, including how to identify horizontal branch stars in a color magnitude diagram, and how to use them to roughly estimate the radius of the MW in the DP0.2 data set.
