RTN-011 has that the LSST is starting in February/March. Given the latest update that likely isn’t happening. There are some deadlines or international telescopes that won’t have the information that NOIRLab can provide internally to their TACs about the start of the LSST. Would it be possible to update RTN-011 with a updated estimate of the LSST start date for those of applying to non-NOIRLab observing calls for 2026B semester observing time?

With the 1-year anniversary of the start of on-sky commissioning with the LSSTCam on April 15th, It would be really helpful if there was some detail of what options might be or a no later than date for starting some kind of survey observations if image quality across the focal needs to be further optimized beyond April. Particularly because there is a planned engineering shutdown that not everyone is aware of. TACs have some memory and many of the community wrote in their 2026A observing semester proposals saying that the LSST would definitely be ready based on the contents RTN-011.
A reminder. It would be really helpful to those particularly in the international community to have something to cite with updated start date information.
