When I click on ‘Self Signup With Approval,’ it displays a black page. Maybe my email is wrong?

Could you tell us a bit more about this error? For example, the OS and browser you’re using, which steps of the process for getting a new account you made it through successfully, and the name and email address (can send me this as a private message if you want) you’re using for your new RSP account.
Hi again @alejandramelo. Using your email address provided by private message, I was able to find your petition for a new RSP account in our system. And since your name appears on the list of international data rights holders, I was able to approve it.
Please try again to log in to the RSP at data.lsst.cloud using “Technical University of Munich (TUM)” as your identity provider. If it works, please mark this reply post as the solution? And if it doesn’t work, of course let us know.
